Baked by hand, from scratch
Ana and Luis Moreno opened Linden Street in 2019 in the old hardware store, keeping the tin ceiling and the long wooden counter.
Every loaf starts the day before with a starter Ana has fed since culinary school. We mill some of our own flour, buy the rest from a farm in the county, and never use mixes.

The best croissant I’ve had outside of Paris, and I say that as someone who’s tried a lot of croissants.
They made our wedding cake and it was the thing everyone talked about. Ana was lovely to work with.
